Eunice Barbara C. Novio is a women rights advocate. She is a member of Asian Women Resource Center for Culture and Theology and the Young Women Doing Theology. She wrote several articles on feminist journals. She also writes fiction to local magazines.

Presently, she is taking Master of Arts in Women and Development at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
